TopMax RedPower DELRIN CNC 

Machined on CNC the RedPower DELRIN piston head designed and manufactured by Italian company TopMax. Lightweight, reliable and durable design suits all kinds of configurations.

The head butt is designed to reduce head impact stress even at higher ROFs. The RedPower piston head does not have a double o-sealing/stabilising ring , but has a small intrusion that reduces the contact area with the inside of the cylinder to minimise friction. The insert for the head mount on the piston is slightly shorter to fit on any piston available on the market. For this, the head has eight axial and radial vents. Thethe size and position of the radial holes are different to achieve even greater stability, regularity and accuracy of the shots.

RedPower piston head during compression phase utilises the Venturi principle, generating more uniform seal expansion in any configuration. Starting from low ROF. to high ROF, but it is recommended to use headin configurations higher than 25 k/s to take advantage of the early compression resulting from the position of the holes.

Piston head stress tests were carried out using higher power springs, making it reliable and efficient even in more advanced configurations. For maximum performance, we recommend pairing the piston head with a TopMax piston and cylinder head.
