The replica is made of metal and plastic. The elements made of plastic are the grip panels and the magazine lip. The replica has similar markings like in the original firearm counterpart. The replica has a Blow-Back, i.e. a movable slide. With each shot fired, the slide retracts, and after the last round of ammunition has been fired, it remains in the rear position. The replica's magazine holds 27 BB’s.

The CO2 capsule is housed in the magazine and is installed after unscrewing the cap from the magazines bottom side. CO2 powered replicas are less susceptible to lower temperatures than greengas powered replicas. Due to the high pressure in the capsule, the muzzle velocity for the first shots can be very high, but it drops to a constant level for the remainder of the shots.
