Vz.58M Tactical Compact Carbine Replica

A unique, first-in-the-world replica of a standard issue carbine of Czech Republic - vz. 58 manufactured by the renowned ARES company. Thanks to a license from Czech Small Arms (CSA), a manufacturer of the live firearm original, the User can feast his eyes on the authentic designation and markings on the receiver. SA vz. 58 has been issued to soldiers of Czech and Slovakian armies since 1960 and remains in use up to this day. The replica’s appearance was carefully imitated according to the original and all details of live vz. 58, which at first glance seems similar to AK47 but features a completely different construction. The magazine, tactical sling swivels, charging handle and the trigger guard are made of steel.

Vz. 58 replica is equipped with interesting, ergonomic solutions, like for example, power supply based in the magazine - a solution known from M4 / M16; an adjustable, polymer stock or a RIS rail located on top of the replica. A comfortable, profiled pistol grip and the handguard were made of polymer. 

The replica features, a characteristic for vz. 58, winged safety / fire mode selector. Vz. 58 uses a new type of a Hop-Up chamber. Access to the Hop-Up chamber is gained in a traditional way - after pulling back the charging handle. The muzzle device is located on a standard, 14 mm left-handed thread, thanks to which it is possible to install various types of silencers.

The battery is stored inside the dust cover, which can hold, for example, a LiPo Stick battery measuring up to 160 x 15 x 5 mm.

Like many other ARES replicas, vz. 58 also has the ability to rapidly replace the spring without having to disassemble the gearbox frame.  The heart of this replica consists of a reinforced, dedicated gearbox, with a set of gears featuring an integrated EFCS module - Electronic Firing Control System. It controls the operation of the trigger box, allowing for a smooth operation and, above all, shortens the motor reaction time to a squeeze of the trigger. A standard connector cube was replaced with an electronic system. EFCS has an built-in MOSFET module. The entirety is powered by an efficient High Torque engine.

EFCS significantly prolongs the lifetime of the mechanism, thus of the entire replica and allows to use a high-voltage battery, including LiPo. After purchasing an external, dedicated EFCS programmer, the User will gain the ability to set the sequence of fire modes, as well as the burst mode (3-BB fire).

The replica comes with a steel Hi-Cap magazine with a capacity of up to 250 BBs.
