The replica was made mostly of good quality metal. The pistol grip, the RIS rail covering panels and the foldable six-position stock were made of composite. The RIS rail is adapted to mount any willing optical scope which meets the standards of that system. There is a flip-up type front iron aiming sight located in the front of the replica.

There is a battery plug(mini type) located in the front grip, yet the battery itself is located in the laser target marker dummy on one of the four RIS rails.
