This is a gas powered replica (CO2) that ejects an empty shell after each shot. The reloading process is very smooth - the cradle along with the mechanism operate very smoothly and the sound that accompanies the process is also pleasant to the ear. In order to prevent accidental losing of fired shells in the field, the replica comes with a mesh dump bag attachable to the receiver.

APS has implemented a power supply system known from the APM50 sniper rifle replica. CO2 is loaded directly into each shell. This is done with a special adapter included in the set. Once loaded with gas, the shell is loaded with BBs - its capacity is 12 BBs maximum. It is also required to install a plastic washer inside and a paper seal. Each squeeze of the trigger causes a firing of the entire content of a shell and a subsequent reload causes the used shell to be ejected through the ejection port. The muzzle velocity of fired BBs is ~200 FPS.
